RETURN PROCESS

Most who purchase GeckoMan shoes end up keeping them. If you are not satisfied after receiving the shoes, don't worry, you can return your order for a refund under the following guidelines:

  • Select the option to return, and answer a few questions, after your request is approved( your shipping label or warehouse address will be emailed to you).
  • Pack the shoes in their original box and reseal them, apply the shipping label, and give it to the carrier.

Within 5 days of receiving your shoes (after the warehouse confirms the shoes are sellable), we will process a refund for you according to your original payment method.

Special Note: An order can only be returned or exchanged once at most, and more than one time cannot be processed. It is recommended that you try on our shoes on a clean floor. If the soles are too dirty or other returned parts that affect resale, we do not allow a refund.

Within 5 days of receiving your shoes (after the warehouse confirms the shoes are sellable), we will send you the size or color that needs to be replaced.

HOW TO GET MY REFUND

  • Preconditions: For you to get a refund, your GeckoMan should be in the original condition where you received the shoes; The box or bag must be in good conditions and undamaged; The original label (including the safety label, if any) and original packaging must be attached when returning the product.
  • Mid-term preparation: If you are returning the package through the warehouse address we provided, you need to contact customer service by mail with the tracking number. If not, we would not be able to record the return information and the warehouse would destroy the shoes received.
  • Post-conditions: After the returned product arrives at our warehouse in the United States, the warehouse staff will conduct a quality inspection of the received product. If the shoes are judged as sellable by the warehouse staff, then you will get a full refund.
